From 18-20 May 2018, Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda welcomes the ninth edition of the Porto Cervo Wine & Food Festival, the boutique event focusing on the best of Sardinian and Italian wine and food produce. Following a successful combined event in 2016 the Wine Festival and Food Festival will take place together once again, offering a unique journey through Sardinian wine experts and food specialists.
The event, organised by the Hotels Cala di Volpe, Cervo, Pitrizza and Romazzino, is one of a kind: hosted in an international setting of incredible beauty, it offers a chance to visit the Costa Smeralda at the beginning of the season to experience an unprecedented atmosphere of peace and relaxation, combined with the glamour that for more than 50 years has characterized this Mediterranean destination.
The Cervo Conference Center will welcome an array of producers – from world-famous makers to small, local producers – gathering together to showcase their produce to food and wine experts, together with tourists who are lucky enough to visit Costa Smeralda in May. During the weekend, plenty of tasting opportunities will be combined with a rich programme of meetings, book launches and cooking demonstrations.
